A FEATHERING WE WILL GO

The feathers class is on Sept. 24th at the Bunny Hutch in Los Alamitos, Ca. There are so many ways to incorporate this motif in our work. Unfortunately, quilters save them for" special quilts". All quilts are special. Start feathering!

CLASS PROPOSAL

I have wanted to do a day long class on feathers and I have a meeting tomorrow to discuss the possibility at a local quilt store. Wish me luck. It has been a busy month with very little quilting going on. That has got to change!

QUICK PROJECT

Our guild is having a show in October and I usually donate an auction quilt. I'm thinking this might be it. I need to do the applique and quilt it to make my final decision. It is about 12 in x 17 in. Of course it needs some border work also. What do you think?
