FOLK ART BASKETS

My groove took me to this project instead. I have done this Pat Sloan pattern in the past in a traditional fabric palette. Autumn is on the way, so I thought I would get a jump on it and our first class project. This would be great as Christmas or African baskets also.

WORKING ON THE GROOVE

Sometimes it takes a while to get back in the groove of any art or craft. I have always liked this design and found a few finished blocks to put together. We'll see what happens over the next week. How do you get inspired?

JUST BEING

Just returned from camping at the beach.....Looking forward to starting a new project(s).
Maybe finishing some unquilted tops......and oh have you read The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry ? Still feeling lazy........
