This is no 1 of many hand appliqued leaves I have done. I usually never give away my first attempts at any thing, no matter what the outcome. This is a segmental way of creating valleys that give you a place to add shadows using colored pencils. It is all needle turn. I hope it will entice my Tuesday class.
