I know you have seen those self binding baby blankets all over the Internet and you tube. I thought why not create a smaller version to use as a label...you know those things we are supposed to put on all our quilts? The gold fabric measures 6 inches and the red measures 12 inches square. Otherwise it is made the same way.It ends up measuring 8 x 8 inches. The only thing I would suggest is that you write your label info before you do all that sewing in case you make a mistake. What do you think?
