My groove took me to this project instead. I have done this Pat Sloan pattern in the past in a traditional fabric palette. Autumn is on the way, so I thought I would get a jump on it and our first class project. This would be great as Christmas or African baskets also.

I like the idea of African baskets. I would even go one step further and perhaps do one with African urns.
